Our website hosting server is located in Singapore, with hosting backups in Mumbai, India. These locations describe website hosting and backups, not a guarantee of where every email copy is stored.
Google operates servers around the world, and mailbox information may be processed outside the Republic of Korea. Hostinger and Google process information in accordance with their service and privacy terms. Contact us if you have questions about the processing of your inquiry.

5. Retention of Information
We retain inquiry correspondence for one year after the inquiry is closed, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
At the end of the applicable retention period, we delete the correspondence from the mailboxes and business records we control. This is a mailbox management policy; the website does not perform automatic inquiry deletion.
You may request deletion by contacting jttshipping@gmail.com. Contact inquiries are handled by email and are not stored in the website's MySQL database. Service-provider backup copies are handled according to the providers' retention and deletion processes.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Necessary website operation and administrator authentication may use cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising tracking on this website. Hosting providers may process technical request information for website operation and security. We will update this policy before introducing additional tracking.
